When Stan Beran founded Sound Performance in Coral Gables in the late 1970s, his mission was simple yet profound: to bring unparalleled sound quality to every space he touched. What began as an acoustic consultancy for Miami’s vibrant nightclub scene quickly evolved into a luxury sound and audio-visual company trusted by five-star hotels, private residences, and corporate clients around the world.
Sound Performance’s first five-star client? The iconic Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove. From there, the company became a fixture in Miami’s luxury scene—designing soundscapes for boutique hotels, transforming high-rise condos, and even crafting world-class theater systems for corporate jets.
